We cover Rock, Dane, Jefferson, Green and Walworth Counties.  Since 2023 that's added up to 91 transactions. And the range on this team is real: new-home builders, renovators with more than 20 flips behind them, investors who own 30-plus rental units. The team is led by Marisa Voelkel, managing broker of Southern Wisconsin for Keller Williams Realty Signature and a licensed general contractor. When a house needs work before it sells, she knows what the repairs actually cost — and she has the crew to get them done.
